Reijuana Harley

Hello, my name is Reijuana Harley from Monticello, MN. I will be a senior studying psychology with an emphasis in industrial organizational psychology with a minor in human resource management at Minnesota State University Mankato. I became interested in the field when a professor introduced me to an area of psychology that involved business, rather than a more therapeutic/clinical route like most areas of psychology. I was instantly fascinated by the concepts, theories and the idea that I could apply psychological principles to improve the work environment of others. Following my undergraduate degree, I plan on attending graduate school for my M.S /PhD in industrial organizational psychology. Following my degree I am interested in consulting. My interests in the field include training selection, organizational change/management, behavior management, ethics, personality and motivation, suicide prevention, relationships within the workplace and occupational stress.
