Krystle Mitchell
Reiki Practitioner and Meditation Coach
About Me
I am a Reiki practitioner and meditation guide offering calm, grounded healing and support for individuals and groups navigating stress, transition, burnout, and periods of emotional or physical strain.
My work is especially supportive for people who:
- Manage ongoing stress or nervous-system overload
- Move through life transitions or grief
- Experience creative fatigue or burnout in demanding environments
- Navigate health challenges such as cancer, inflammation, or prolonged illness
I offer Reiki and guided meditation as gentle, body-centered practices that support nervous-system regulation, relaxation, emotional well-being, and greater connection with the body. My approach is somatic-informed, trauma-aware, and tailored to each client.
No prior experience with Reiki or meditation is necessary.

My Approach
At the heart of my work is a simple belief:
Healing and nervous-system regulation are essential foundations for resilience, creativity, and care.
My approach is:
- Somatic-informed and body-centered
- Trauma-aware and non-invasive
- Grounded, practical, and respectful
- Focused on sustainability rather than quick fixes
- Supportive of both personal well-being and long-term engagement in work and life
Reiki is offered as a complementary wellness practice and is intended to support—not replace—medical or mental health care.
