My Attaché Journey ...

I started in Attaché back in November 2010 as User Support Consultant assisting and supporting our Attaché users. The queries covered all aspects of the software's operation in each of the functional modules to customers of the Attaché suite of business solutions. In 2012, I had the opportunity to participate to present Attaché Summer School Webinar's to our dealer network. From late 2012, I was given the opportunity to be the team leader for the User Support Team.

What do I do at Attaché?

I am the User Support Team Leader and my primarily responsible to address queries from the Customer Services Consultants, Software Support Consultant and manage the escalation query relating to the implementation and use of Attaché Software in a commercial environment. Queries will be centred on the day-to-day use of the software in basic business practice and basic installation procedures.

Bachelor of Commerce and Arts (Accounting/Chinese)

I love cooking (eating), shopping and spending time with my family.
