· His considerable expertise in Hong Kong product exports enabled him to transform numerous neophyte European companies into high profile, high-profit importers.

· John’s customer-centric sales focus, diligence, and passion have enabled him to deliver unmatched capabilities for exporters to enter the European markets in tandem with the importers

· His SOHOs break language and cultural barriers; do all the heavy lifting such as legwork, sales call and after-sales services at ground zero. HKTDC (Hong Kong Trade Development Council just do not have all these resources to conduct these activities)

· His pan-European team was fluent in no less than 12 major world languages serving Hong Kong and China. All the above assets cannot be taught or learned; they must be acquired and nurtured not in Harvard but in the University of Life.
