A 1 hour Aromatherapy massage using essential oils suited to your individual needs and which works on the nervous system bringing about relaxation, relief from aches and pains and encourages blood circualtion and lymphatic flow.

A 1 hour Therapeutic massage which uses specific techniques to stretch and lengthen connective tissues and muscles, improving circualtion and stimulating the skin and nervous system. the therapeutic massage reduces emotional and physical stress, promotes relaxation, eases muscle tension and provides relief from pain.

A 1 hour Remedial massage which uses deep tissue work to releive specific areas of muscle tightness and fatigue. Remedial massage can help with many complaints such as stiff necks, sore shoulders and aching backs etc It is also effective in helping reduce stress and promote muscle recovery.

A 1 hour Aromatherapy Pregnancy massage for the expectant Mum using beautiful essential oils which will provide relaxation, an increase in energy and relieve discomfort during the pregnancy. A wonderful way to care for mother and baby.

A 90 minute Hawaiian sacred Hot Stone Massage whcih uses a combination of traditional Lomi techniques and smooth warm lava stones to create a deep and relaxing healing treatment.
