Réka Noémi Sütő

I graduated as an economist and I gained my first project management and leadership experiences in the AIESEC International student organization. During this period I became interested in skills and organizational development. I used to live in Italy for more than 10 years where I was engaged in the setting up and development of Quality Management Systems, including working process and documentation system development tasks. Recently I obtained the Six Sigma Green belt certification and I'm taking part in Six Sigma and Lean based process improvement projects. For me it’s very important the continuous development. Actually I’m working on the improvement of my trainer skills and doing a research on the visual tools and modern technical possibilities that can facilitate efficient communication. In my free time I’m managing an Italian-Hungarian bilingual children group called Giocando in italiano, where I’m organizing positive experience based programs to improve in a playful way the language skills of the children.
