Few years back after a health scare I changed my perspective and took charge of my health by adapting healthy changes in my

lifestyle along the way to keep myself motivated started the blog lifezing. This has helped me tremendously and inspired me to study nutrition and I had my certification in clinical nutrition and then specialized in sports and fitness nutrition. Presently I am studying to be RD.

Recently we have started a community feature which will help to connect the people who want to lead a healthy life and lose weight. Main focus of lifezing.com is on three areas food , activity along with having fun to lead a healthy lifestyle.

Food is an important part of living healthy and I like to cook. Sometimes when I take pictures of my recipes and food I blog at mytastycurry.com. But be warned all the recipe pictures may cause temptation to eat so try them out but practice moderation and exercise to burn it off, I promise you don’t have to worry about your health after indulgence :).
