Jennifer brings a multi-faceted career to the Carolinas. She holds a 300-Hour Yoga Certification from Awaken Yoga School in Mentor, Ohio and is a 200 hour RYT with Yoga Alliance. Her yoga practice is complemented by her education as a Licensed Massage Therapist, Licensed Esthetician, Certified in Thai Bodywork, La Stone Therapy, Taikyo Shiatsu, Reiki Master Teacher and doTERRA Wellness Consultant.

Jennifer has practiced massage therapy for 16 years and has over 8,000 client contact hours. As a holistic wellness practitioner offering a variety of massages, Certified in Thai Body Work, Shivagokomarpaj Old Medicine Hospital Lineage. Skin care services: deep cleansing facials, acne treatments, spa treatments, full body hair removal with Nufree Nudesse Restorative Yoga, Deep Stretch Yoga, Yin Yoga Chakras Balancing, Yoga and Energy Therapy, Yoga & Wellness workshops private and group classes. She enjoys sharing the restorative and therapeutic properties of yoga, breath work and energy medicine teaching client effective methods to use for depression, stress, anxiety, PTSD, greif and more.
