Reliably Unreliable

I've been muddling through life for the past eighteen years, and the one thing you can always count on, is me being unreliable. Not in a dramatic, end-of-the-world kind of way... Just in the sense that I can act like your best friend one minute, and the next minute I'll go cold for a month and you won't hear from me. Sometimes I get scared and anxious, and I don't handle that kind of stress very well so I shut myself away from the world. It's nothing personal, and I sure as hell am trying to change that...
