The director of healthcare enrollment operations at MAXIMUS in Rancho Cordova, California, Remington Paul oversees 500 employees in the company’s fulfillment center, research unit, mailroom, and contact centers. Since joining MAXIMUS in 2010, he has facilitated the transition of more than 5 million individuals into Medicaid-managed care through such programs as Covered California and the Coordinated Care Initiative. Remington Paul has also spearheaded significant improvements in the areas of employee recruitment and workplace development. In addition to his administrative accomplishments, he has considerable experience with telephony systems, such as Genesys/Echopass, and digital workforce management systems, such as WorkFlex and AIMCall.

Outside of the professional environment, Remington Paul enjoys cooking and sampling new cuisines. He is a lacto-vegetarian, meaning he eats dairy but avoids other animal-based food products like meat and eggs. One of Mr. Paul’s favorite restaurants is the Cheese Board Collectives in Berkeley, California. Outside of his interest in food, he stays fit through activities like yoga and volleyball.
