The third thing to do is to have the computer in the conference room access the computer of the speaker or the person doing the presentation. This is done by sending out a request to the speaker’s computer and have it confirmed. Once this is done, the speaker’s computer screen will be displayed in the conference room computer. The display of this computer can then be displayed. The speaker can show his presentation through this connection.

Another program can be used for the audio and/or video feed of the speaker. Another computer and projector can be used to display the video or the same computer where the presentation is displayed can be used. The screen can just be split for video or if there is no video, the audio feed can just play in the background while the speaker is controlling the presentation.
