My book "The Way I Was Made (and how society broke me)" is intended to bring awareness to various forms of hate and exactly what it does to a person. I grew up being bullied and hated. When I was a teenager I was made to feel like an outcast, just because I was different. This made me afraid to do or say anything, because I didn't want anyone to hate me. I couldn't change the way people saw me, so I did nothing. This hatred caused me to become addicted to drugs, because I didn't want to face reality and also caused a severe depression, which I never really recovered from. Please stop judging people based on what they look like or how they act. My life was ruined and I don't want this for anyone else.
