I would like to introduce myself - my name is René Cahane. My experience over twenty five years as a Chef has been at 5* Star Hotels and AA Rosetted Restaurants and Exclusive Private members clubs. I am skilled and experienced in cooking classical French, modern European and traditional British foods. My love of the culinary world has also led me to endeavour to learn many global cuisines, and I am proficient in an eclectic range of modern and traditional food styles and techniques.

I endeavour to use seasonal produce, locally sourced, whenever possible, using my skills to ensure the best flavours and complexities of a dish are brought to the fore. I have a passion for food and a desire to achieve my maximum potential. I feel I would make a valuable addition to any management team. As a ‘hands on’ manager I garner the best from my team through patience, teaching and mutual respect. The culinary and career development of the team is a key factor in my management style.
