I am the co-author of The Leadership Challenge Values Cards Facilitator Guide, a resource for activities exploring personal values, as well as The LPI Action Cards Facilitator’s Guide. I have been mentored by authors Jim Kouzes & Barry Posner, of The Leadership Challenge, andhave been facilitating, coaching and speaking about leadership since 1999.

I've also leadership development efforts in companies such as Charles Schwab & Co., Roche Diagnostics and Third Eye Leadership and have taught Sociology and Leadership at several Indiana universities.
