Dr. Renée Hill

I am core faculty for the BABL at The Forbes School of Business Ashford University. I have a BS in Marketing from Lake Erie College in Painesville, Ohio. After getting my bachelor’s degree, I spent a few years in sales positions (both inside sales and outside sales) for large corporations in the Cleveland area. After spending time in sales, I realized that if I wanted to move ahead in corporate America that I would need further education. I went to Cleveland State University for my MBA. I received a dual major MBA. My first major was marketing and my second major was management and labor relations. I then spent several years working throughout the mortgage finance industry. As the mortgage industry began heading for a down turn, I was fortunate enough to find a full time teaching position at a local community college. This made me realize that again more education was needed.

I received my Ph.D. from the University of Phoenix. I have a doctorate of management in organizational leadership. Not to be one to sit by and not look for other educational opportunities, I went back a year later and received an MS in psychology from the University of Phoenix. Now, I am enrolled at the University of the Rockies in the Ph.D. of organizational development and leadership in corporate training and e-Learning.
