Renee Porteous

Hi there! My name is Renée Porteous and first and foremost I am a stay at home mom of two beautiful little ones, Xen and Eden. They just celebrated their second birthday. Yes, twins! It is always an adventure. I am also married to the love of my life. We will be celebrating our 10 year wedding anniversary this summer. I have always found health and fitness an important part of my life. After working in geriatrics for almost two years and seeing the degenerative diseases, a lot of which can be slowed down or prevented, I went back to school in 2001 and got my Florida massage license and then received a bachelor’s degree in holistic nutrition in 2005. I have worked in the alternative health and wellness industry for the past 12 years. I currently work at home as a Beachbody coach. This is an amazing opportunity. It has not only allowed me to be able to make money and stay at home with my children, but I have also been able to get into the best shape of my life. It brings me such joy to share my passion with others and help them with their health and fitness goals. I also work at home as an independent Mary Kay beauty consultant. I am a very social person and this allows me to get paid to have parties and make other women feel beautiful. I love life and all the adventures that have continued to come my way. Family is the most important thing to me and everything is else is secondary and complimentary to that.
