René Pabon is the president of The Childs Dreyfus Group. Founded in 1963, The Childs Dreyfus Group has provided professional interior design consultation for projects throughout the United States, Europe and the Caribbean. With an emphasis on multifamily urban living, student housing, hospitality and high rise developments, The Childs Dreyfus Group has created sophisticated harmonious designs that focus on context, local culture, lifestyles, and the wants of each demographic they target.

The Childs Dreyfus Group has created such projects as Trump Place New York, Riverbend Chicago, The Residences at Lincoln Center and Doral in Puerto Rico. The Childs Dreyfus Group is currently developing urban communities in Boston, New York, Washington, D.C. and Tampa.

Evocative yet efficient, René has a deep understanding of what makes an environment special to Millennials and other buyer profiles. Like the spaces he creates, René prides himself on making every client interaction memorable and valuable. He has been a guest speaker for NAHB as well as local affiliates in Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Maryland and Florida.
