Rene Pardo, a longtime Ontario resident, completed his undergraduate degree at McGill University, earning his Bachelor of Science (BSc) in 1968. Pardo completed his graduate education at the Harvard University Graduate School of Education, earning his Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Technology in 1969.
