RJL enables Jewish Leaders and their organizations to gain cutting-edge leadership, management and entrepreneurial know-how to build personal skills and a stronger Jewish community world-wide. All RJL Programs welcome groups and individuals from across the Jewish spectrum.

SLI is a unique three day experience to go behind the scenes to learn and to see how Israel has become world renowned as the "Start-Up Nation." RJL, a US based not-for-profit organization, is partnering with Tel Aviv University, recently ranked the #1 University in Israel, to provide an educational and experiential Program in the Homeland of the Jewish people. Participants learn how the small country of Israel has become a world leader in high-tech, bio-tech and green-tech.
