I've been to Israel. Experienced the desert in its heat. And it holds an incredible place in my heart, because, after all, it's the place God called His. It's where the person of God becomes more vivid in our lives. Because it's there we need him, we can't make it on our own.

I live in the pollen-covered, pine woods of Michigan. & yes, for some reason Abba has called me here....it does indeed have its tremendous beauty...but, it's here that I've found my "desert." My place of growth.

We all need this molding at some point in our lives.

So join me. As I travel through this life. Painting pictures of beauty. Our journeys or painting techniques may be vastly different....but our purpose is always the same. To glorify Jesus.

& that is only one of the beauties of our God...to take a people, from all over his creation, and point us all in the same direction. He delights in the uniqueness of His creation.

This is just a written down description of the journey I'm taking... But it's a place for you to come and be inspired to press on. To reach higher goals. To be honest about the things you face, and how God wants to use it for His glory.

Sometimes it's hard being vulnerable. To see us as we really are. We all fail miserably at times..but grace is always there to pick us up again. Dare to find your worth in God.
