Hello,

My name is Rennie and I am the owner and interior designer for tonic interiors

My mission is to help look after the planet and to create stunning interior design, one house at a time.

I studied Design at Massey University and graduated with a diploma. I then went onto studying entrepreneurial interior design with The Design Success program.

My passion for interior design has been around longer than I can remember. I have always enjoyed moving furniture, restyling and changing looks up around the house. A highlight was making my uni flat bedroom as pink as possible.

My passion for sustainability started from wanting only to buy second-hand clothes because the money was staying in the community and there was no slave labour involved. Travelling overseas has opened my eyes to how the environment can look when it's not cared for. It has driven me to think long and hard about how I can do my part to help New Zealand to become clean and green again.

I love having a career that gives me a creative outlet, makes me problem solve, and allows me to help people.
