I’m a BACP registered counsellor based in Guildford town centre, offering therapy for teenagers (14+), young adults, professionals, and parents.
I work from a comfortable and confidential private counselling room just a short walk from Guildford High Street and Guildford mainline railway station.
Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward. I offer a calm, supportive space to explore what’s going on at your own pace, without judgement or pressure.
Alongside general counselling, I have a particular interest in supporting:
- Teenagers and young adults
- Professionals managing stress and burnout
- Parents balancing work, relationships, and family pressures
- Clients navigating identity, self-esteem, anxiety, and life transitions
I offer in-person counselling in Guildford as well as online sessions across the UK.
Please note that I have a limited number of online sessions available and I am not currently accepting new in-person clients until July 2026.
