Why Narrow Lots?

We have seen over the last 10 years an increase in smaller lots of land especially in Perth, Western Australia. As such the market had demanded that builders adapt to the new landscape and as a result we have innovated our designs to become leaders in narrow lot home designs.

By utilising the existing space, maximising natural light and using the double storey home design plan as a basis for our narrow lot designs, we have been able to really produce some truly striking and stunning narrow lot home designs in recent years.
