Serving as the North East Director for the national REO Brokers Association (NRBA) and the director of REO Services for Prudential Douglas Eillman Real Estate, I have extensive experience in real estate and mortgage services with an emphasis on REO. The REO department is headquartered in REO, Short Sale and Distress Property, New York with nearly 60 additional office locations throughout New Your Metropolitan region. For the past 25 years I have dealt with all aspects of REO management, marketing and sales. With my handpicked team of highly trained professionals, we have provided superior service to our REO & BPO clientele.

Prior to joining the Prudential organization, I spent thirteen years developing a successful REO business within the Century 21 franchise. For many years, I ranked consistently in the top2% among the Century 21 sales associates nationwide and maintained a #2 position in closed transactions for the entire Northeast Region. Consecutively from 1990 to 2000, I was the recipient of the highly coveted Centurion Award and from 1996 through 2000 I received the Quality Service Award.

In addition to franchise recognition, I have received awards from the Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac for delivering outstanding service in the management and marketing of REO Properties. In my career I have listed and sold over 5,000 REO properties for various banks since 1980.
