Leaning in to the challenges I have faced has been a life long journey. Ignoring or side stepping discomfort, hiding fear and pretending to be someone I am not always brings me undone and ultimately the discomfort must be addressed and confronted. Doesnt get easier I am afraid, but the feeling of freedom, of lightness when I face my 'dragons' and overcome my fears is worth it!
