Florian Resatsch

Dr. Florian Resatsch is Managing Director of Stroeer Mobile Media GmbH, a company specialized in mobile location-based advertising and is in the Management Board of Stroeer Digital Media GmbH.
Florian Resatsch is one of the most renowned experts in Europe for location-based services. In 2007, Florian co-founded Servtag, a company that developed Germany’s leading check-in service “friendticker” and the mobile advertising platform “radcarpet” – both highly reputated market successes. Radcarpet was sold to the Stroeer Media AG in May 2013.
Previously, he served as project leader at the Institute of Electronic Business (IEB) in Berlin in the department of “Mobile & Wireless Communications”. His clients included brands such as easyjet, Wall AG, RWE Energy and others. Main areas of the projects were affiliate marketing, NFC, online marketing, SEO/SEM, mobile business, city advertising, and also included interactive street furniture.
Florian graduated in business administration with honors at the University of Augsburg and holds a PhD in computer science from the Technical University of Munich. He published several articles in journals, conference proceedings and book chapters.
He is a regular speaker on mobile business related conferences such as the Mobile Mondays in Berlin, Istanbul, Frankfurt, the MobileTech Conference, the Location-based Summit and others.
