Resit has completed Ankara Science High School in 2003, and Istanbul Technical University B.S. Electronics Engineering in 2007.

Upon completing his university education, he has joined to Alcatel-Lucent in June 2007. His first assignment in Alcatel-Lucent was "Test Engineer" in Istanbul/Turkey. After 2 months working as test engineer, he has been assigned for a short term project in R&D Headquarter of Alcatel-Lucent in Antwerp/Belgium.

Since his performance has been appreciated in Antwerp, his role and responsibilities has been extended. Between August 2007, and July 2009, he has worked as "Product Expert & Responsible" in R&D department for AGCF product of Alcatel-Lucent. His main responsibilities were management of product development, gathering and prioritizing customer requirements, customer relationship, development of customer specific customizations and working effectively with senior management to define product vision to have a winning product in the market.

Between August 2009, and November 2011, Resit has worked as Integration Team Leader for Alcatel-Lucent UK, in Douglas/UK, for a Replacement Project which was completed for Manx Telecom. His main responsibilities were management of IMS Integration Team of Alcatel-Lucent UK, successful integration of Alcatel-Lucent products into Manx Telecom network, direct accountable for customer, communication between both internal and external units to coordinate activities that will be done on customer network.

Between November 2011, and May 2012, Resit completed his military obligation in Gaziantep/Turkey as Sergeant of 2nd Border Division in Turkish Armed Forces.

Upon completing military obligation, Resit has joined Ericsson in June 2012, where he still works. His main responsibilities were management of customer requirements, finding best matching solution for customer requirements, management of design and integration of solution to customer, working closely with sales team to evaluate arising sales opportunities and maintain customer satisfaction in delivered services/solutions. Resit also earned "Experienced Solution Integrator" Certificate from Ericsson based on a 4 hour oral exam conducted by two senior managers.

Resit has 5+ years experience in telecom industry, and functional expertise in BSS and IMS domains. He has proven ability to work in multinational environment, managing teams, and strong project/program management skills.
