Cristina Restrepo

Cristina Restrepo is a Public Relations student at Virginia Tech graduating in December 2014. She was born in Bryan, TX but spent most of her childhood years in Barranquilla, Colombia where she developed her cheerful and colorful personality.

A self-professed TV junkie, she loves all things social media and wants to incorporate her passion for pop culture towards marketing her brand. When she's not busy lurking on celebrity gossip (because let's be honest who doesn't?) and keeping her followers updated through her entertainment blog "For the Birdzz", she works as a translator for MIC Industries and interns at the Latin American division of Voice of America in Washington, D.C.

She also works with the Virginia Tech Theater department as an Assistant Stage Manager and is a certified Zumba instructor.
