Software Engineer, Web Developer, and Student in University of Johannesburg
Rethabile Nomlala is an agent of transformation currently residing in the city of Johannesburg and a third-year teaching student at the University of Johannesburg, majoring in ICT and Business Management. As a student at a leading university at the forefront of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR), I have developed valuable ICT skills that I aim to include in my teaching practice. I am passionate about preparing learners for the rapidly changing demands of the 21st century by equipping them with digital literacy, critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. I believe that education is not only about transferring knowledge but also about empowering learners to become independent thinkers, lifelong learners, and agents of positive change in their communities.
