I am the author of the baseball novel, Nothing Down; a mystery, Return to Dead City; and Write the Darn Book, an inspirational self-help book that reaches out to aspiring authors. I believe many people who have tried unsuccessfully to write a book gave up for no other reason than they thought it was too hard. They likely wrote from the brain instead of the heart. By getting words down on paper as fast as possible, a good book can be born. It's the key to writing books.

I have been a journalist and free lance writer for more than twenty years. My writing has appeared in Philadelphia Inquirer, Buffalo News, Harrisburg Patriot News, Pittsburgh Business Times and Akron Beacon Magazine.
