Revayu refers to Revayu Systems Private limited, is a Delhi based startup company providing access to affordable and clean energy. The company was founded by Mr. Prateek Gupta in July 31, 2017 in Delhi. Revayu has developed India’s First Foundation Less 6 blade wind & solar hybrid system that is installed in record time of just 24 hours. They have developed a tower system that is easy to assemble and disassemble.
The company says that neither of the technology alone will not give the desired result. Hence, there has to be a hybrid solution for more uniform & reliable power.
Revayu has integrated best of the globally available technologies and synergized them in a unique way and yet making it an indigenously manufactured product.
Revayu has installed their first hybrid system in Goa in September, 2018. Revayu has also hosted an event “Go green Goa 2018” to show the benefits of going hybrid. As solar providing the energy in day and wind mostly providing energy in the evening and night time.
Revayu brings a 6-blade wind turbine that can rotate on low wind speed as low as 1 m/s. Therefore, generating power even at lower wind speeds. This is la ow cut in low rpm wind turbines which are more efficient than other conventional small wind turbines having cut in wind speed of around 3 m/s. Due to more number of blades and light weighted modified blade design, these wind turbines can have enough torque to rotate even in slight breeze of wind. Therefore, this new design has made them viable in most areas across the nation where conventional small wind turbines were not considered as a viable source of wind energy.
Goa Chamber of Commerce & Industry took the first lead in renewable energy by bringing state’s first 4kw wind solar hybrid project at its premises in Verna Industrial Area, Goa. GCCI organized an event “Go Green Goa 2018” where honourable governor of state of Goa Smt. Mridula Sinha was the chief guest.
