At the age of seventeen I accepted Christ as my personal Savior. After I matriculated I completed two and a half years of my teachers diploma and started teaching as an unqualified teacher in January 1974. In 1976/1980 I was detained under the Internal Security Act. In December 1980 I was expelled from teaching.

From January 1981 until December 1984 I worked at Berg River Textiles in Paarl,where I was a trainee Time Study Engineer. To advance my carreer,I accepted a position as Time Study Engineer with Hericoze(Airflex) in 1985.In December 1990 the company went bankrupt. At THIS stage I decided to persue my degree in Industrial Engineering the following year. In 1994 I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Fort Jones University. Pennsylvania,USA. In January 1998 I was ordained as minister in my church. In 2004 I obtained my Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Fort Jones University. Between January 1999 to December 2009 I was employed as Packhouse Manager by Clanafric Fruit Packers. When the company was bought out by new owners in December 2009,I decided I had enough of the corporate world,and called it a day. One of my stronger points have always been my passion for community empowerment and development. In January 2009 I founded Community Empowerment Projects International,where I'm still actively involved. Due to social and religious organizations' financial restrictions, I founded Linders Website Designers in May 2013,to design websites for organizations who could not afford a website,but had a great need of it. In August 2013 I obtained my Doctor's degree in Theology from MCS. In the same year I was awarded the Doctor of Divinity Degree(h.c) by HFM School of Theology,IL,USA and the Doctor of Ministry Degree(h.c) from Berean School of Ministry,Doncaster,UK. If everthing goes according to plan,I hope to graduate for my Doctor's Degree of Phylosophy in Industrial Engineering in 2015. At THAT stage I'll call it a day.
