In the last year, I've spent time in various mental hospitals for treatment of BPD. I ran desperately from one of the hospitals which displayed a very abusive approach to those who are deemed "mentally ill". I know that although I have my own struggles, I am called to speak out for those who can't. Even if it's just one person or one star fish, I know that everyone matters.
