As Vice President of Human Resources and Deployment at Ascension Health, Rex Anderson has been responsible for directing the legacy business transformation and deployment of the integrated Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources and Master Data Management processes throughout 29 states covering 110 major hospitals and over 3000 plus clinics since 2009, resulting in projected savings of $2.2B.

Previously, Rex accumulated experience in business transformations and strategic restructurings as a Senior Human Resources Consultant with Eagle Rock Consulting of Sparta, NJ. He also held leadership roles at major companies including Pfizer/Warner-Lambert, where he was was responsible for building the US sales-force during the launch of Lipitor and Rezulin. Early in his career, he served as Head Pepsi Cola of Human Resources for Western Canada, Manager of Organization Design & Development and other generalists Pepsi-Cola North America roles for nearly a decade.

A resident of Sparta, NJ, with an extensive background in business and human resources process redesign Rex coordinated several implementation of People Soft ERP's most recently achieving actual $1.7 billion in savings.

Rex received a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Finance, as well as a Master of Science in Industrial Labor Relations from West Virginia University. During this time, he served as President of the Industrial Labor Relations Society and was a varsity athlete. In his free time, he lends his support to the local Boy Scouts and the National Ski Patrol at Hidden Valley Ski Park in NJ.
