❑Design and feasibility assessment of a methanol production plant | 2020

✔️ Designed the Process Flow Diagram (PFD).

✔️Performed Aspen Plus simulations and optimized the process.

✔️Designed a steam methane reformer (direct fired heater) chemically and mechanically. The chemical design includesselecting optimum reaction kinetics and the catalyst. The mechanical design includes calculating all dimensions of the unit, drawing the unit on AutoCAD.

✔️Developed control philosophy around the reformer.

✔️Conducted HAZOP and LOPA analysis.

✔️ Used pinch analysis to optimize the process and introduce energy integration for cost reduction.

❑ GEA ConsiGMA Production Line Operation (Pilot Plant)|2019

✔️Safely operated the GEA Consigma25 continuous tablet production pilot plant, with accordance to the SOP,

✔️performed statistical analysis on the collected data to reduce drying time and check the product quality.

❑ Wastewater Treatment Plant Design| 2020

✔️Designed a cost-effective nitrification tank with 85% efficiency.

❑ Design: Health Monitor Device for Deep Divers | 2019

One-week project in a multidisciplinary team, designed a multi-sensor belt to monitor different health parameters under critical conditions
