I am an Army veteran and recent Cum Laude graduate from Missouri State University's College of Business. I graduated with an Honors degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design, with emphasis in Product Development from both the honors and business college. I was chosen as Best Designer for my graduating class and started my own fashion design business before graduation. I currently work part time as Creative Director of Fashion for Deitra Magazine where I can put my creative and artistic skills to work in my blogging, styling, and fashion forward photoshoots.

I also design handmade, one-of-a-kind, men and women's garments for several boutiques in the U.S. My newest line called, the Pandora's Box Collection, made its debut on the Spring issue of Deitra Magazine and at the Harvard Eleganza Fashion Show on April 25, 2015.

Every week I host for The Reyna Lay Designs Podcast on iTunes, a free podcast that interviews creatives in all walks of life with the goal of building, empowering, and inspiring one another and sharing our creative journeys. I'm also a degree candidate in the Master of Liberal Arts in Extension Studies, Field of General Management at Harvard, pursuing a graduate professional certificate in marketing management along with my degree.

In my spare time I love to blog over at reynalay.com, read, go for a run, and spend time with my two boys, my husband, and our new baby girl.
