I've been a manager of talented people in the healthcare field for what seems like my entire life. I enjoy working with people and watching them grow and succeed. I believe that trained employees are the greatest asset that a organization can have. I believe that technology is an answer but not the only answer to training challenges. Communication is the key to any relationship and we all need work on it. My passions are in using Apple products, video work, gardening and cooking. I have had a Macintosh computer since the very first. I knew that that would be the future in computers long before it became fashionable. Others made fun of me for using such a thing because of the size of the screen, operating system, and one button mouse etc. I was right. They where wrong. I'm not afraid to take a stand and hopefully that stand is base on knowledge and common sense. I have a positive attitude about the world and what is in it. I have a believe in God and his greatness and thank him daily for my blessings and trials. These are just a few the things that I am. For I am a complex person.
