Personal interest include reading fiction and nonfiction for pleasure, motorcycle riding, and travel. I support public libraries and encourage everyone to keep learning new skills and to push themselves beyond their perceived limits. I also enjoy live metal and rock concerts, and opera. I love going to the theatre and watching baseball.

I am happily married to my best friend and we have beautiful, talented daughters. And in July we are expecting our first grandchild (also a girl!).
