Effective planning, proper implementation and creating lots of opportunities are the prime responsibilities that a manager must perform to take the organization a long way. We all must agree that the vision of the organization, right planning and hard work to implement the plan helped us reap the sweet fruit in the form of growth and stability in the business. The promising foundation was laid initially by smart work and basis that foundation we perceived a stable, big infrastructure in the near future. It is wrong to say that we did not come across failures during our journey. Actually, success is more appreciated if failure is tasted. Also, with each failure, we found one way that leads to failure, thereby, helping us in avoiding such mistakes.

If we reassess our success journey, we find that this all have become reality with the joint efforts of organization’s leadership team and genius employees. Yes, genius employees. Are you wondering that what makes an employee genius? I always used to! With my experience, however, I realized that all of us are full of ideas and we all try our best at work. So, what actually makes the difference is the implementation of those ideas. Therefore, the key to success lies solely not in the hard work and the right planning, but the effective implementation of the plan as well.
