My name is Randal Wallace and I live in Myrtle Beach S.C. I currently serve on the Myrtle Beach City Council and I am in my fourth term. I am in the early stages of writing a book on government and how to resolve the divide that is gripping our nation. I have titled it "Always Vote Your Conscience (Don't take it personally and Don't fight the same old battles over and Over Again!) " The title was some advice I was given by a local County Councilman here in South Carolina named James Frazier. I am hoping it will be a blueprint on how to bring the Republican Party back from the brink. I am excited to be writing again, which I did a lot of in College. I also have ideas for another book. I wrote an unpublished memoir in 2006 of the early part of my time in politics and the political feud that launched my career in 2002. In my other job, I am a Commercial Real Estate agent with Waccamaw Land and Timber. I graduated in 1991 from Spartanburg Methodist College, 1994 and 1996 from Lander University in Greenwood S.C. I majored in History and Political Science and Mass Communications, T.V. , Radio , Theater Production and Journalism. I worked for a number of years for The Gatlin Brothers, Ronnie Milsap and The Magic on Ice Theater complex known as Fantasy Harbour Waccamaw. I lift weights, read, write, enjoy some wine and try to get out and see the world when I can. I think we live in a great country and I am optimistic about the future.
