Rick Hansen

Rick Hansen is a published author, speaker, president/owner, adjunct professor, business leader, and entrepreneur. Whatever the role, he teaches people to become influential and impact the space they live beyond mere function and title. He builds, rally's and leads teams.

Currently, “moonlighting” as President/Owner of an independent snowboard, start-up brand, Compatriot Snowboards is slowly drawing attention to the “indy” start-ups carving a new line in an industry disillusioned by major brand dominance. At his day job, he is Director of Operations at a $130MM company and takes on speaking gigs about leadership: becoming a catalyst of change. His book title is "Leadership and the Art of Surfing."

He is a catalyst that understands people and business, but more importantly he knows how to put them together and get results.
