Bridging the Gap Between Storytelling and Studio

I believe the library is the heart of community innovation. With a background in Library Science and Education, I’ve spent my career fostering curiosity through both digital and tactile creation.

While my foundation is in Youth Services, my recent focus has expanded deeply into the "Maker" world. I am as comfortable at a sewing machine as I am at a digital workstation. My creative process often involves a sophisticated blend of Generative AI and digital editing; I utilize Adobe Express and Canva to engineer AI-generated elements, which I then refine and integrate into physical and digital creations.

I am a firm advocate for the role of public libraries in advancing AI literacy. By staying current with emerging trends and actively researching the evolution of digital tools, I ensure that I am always prepared to help patrons navigate the future of technology. I am a lifelong learner committed to ensuring that community maker spaces remain accessible, equitable, and cutting-edge.

If you're interested in the future of maker spaces or community tech, let’s say hello!
