Rhea
I have discovered the one thing I can count on in this life is love. As The Beatles once said, "All you need is love."
My first significant memory from school is sitting in a circle in pre-kindergarten. Often in that class, songs related to Sasquatch would be playing. As I look back, I realized most of the teachers I had shaped me into who I am. My fourth grade teacher especially affected my life. She was one of those few teachers who seemed to genuinely care about Rhea the person, not just Rhea the student. One memory that sticks out is the first day of fourth grade. Yet again, I was the new kid, and I was nervous in this school. Luckily, I got through the day fine.
I had four main friends from in Stratford. Then in Lincoln, I made friends that have stayed with me from then. Honestly, I focused on my friends, and didn't really notice "cool" kids. Although, when I was in private school I was mildly bullied. One day, I told my tomentor in no uncertain terms to stop, and to my suprise, she did. After that, I attempted to treat people better than I had before.
There are four members of my family: my older brother, who's in high school, loves to tease me. Next there's my stunning mother. She has three degrees, and is halfway through her fourth! Last but not least is my awesome dad. He's a software engineer, and has co-founded a company. My mom told me she would have loved to hear the words "Don't stress, study hard, and everything will fall into place." when she was 12. I found it very important because personally, I feel people need to take it easy.
I am a complicated person. Sometimes I can be very nice, but if you catch me on a bad day, it won't end well. I've learned in my life that I have a short temper, and that sometimes I should take a step back. If I could change anything, I would change my tendency to act rashly when I'm angry. In my opinion, to get along with people, one needs to step back and listen to them first. About friends: if someone walks away, let them.
My goals for middle school are to get good grades and have fun, and maybe do KBDC if it's still there... During high school, I want to master a language, and I want to do well in school and make new friends. After high school, I'd like to go on to a culinary school or medical school. That would lead to becoming either a doctor or a chef. I'd obtain these goals by working hard and letting my life go exactly wherever it needs me to go.
