Reginald Heard

Reginald Heard (Reggie) has high national visibility in the franchise, restaurant, and hospitality industries with more than 20 years of diversified Commercial Banking experiences in a variety of lending disciplines that include Small Business Administration (SBA) loans, conventional commercial bank lending, equipment tax-oriented leases and loans, commercial real estate financing, asset based lending, and structured finance in sale/leasebacks and built to suits.

Heard earned his Associate and Bachelor Degree from Johnson & Wales University and his post graduate MBA Degree from the University of New Haven. He is the founding principal of Bankers One Capital a nationally recognized advisory and debt & private equity placement firm. He has cultivated an extensive commercial finance career by working for large financial institutions such as the CIT Group and GE Capital, LaSalle Bank (ABN Amro), Fleet Bank (formerly Bank of New England) and State Street Bank.

Heard served two full terms on the Supplier Forum Board of Directors for the International Franchise Association (IFA) and an active member on various IFA organizational committees.
