An alumnus of the India Law Society's Law College, Pune, Rhea Verma also has to her credit Diplomas in Company's Law and Human Rights, respectively. She has extensive Litigation experience in the High Court of Delhi and District Courts.
She has been involved in a number of Writ petitions, Suits, PILs, Appeals and Arbitration proceedings in a range of matters. Her litigation practice includes matters pertaining to Government Contracts and Tenders (specifically those with regard to Power, Oil and Gas Sector and Municipal Laws), Constitutional Law, Competition Commission, National and State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions, Vigilance and RTI related matters, regulatory legal regimes (including SEBI, TRAI, Electricity, Petroleum and Natural gas etc), Property Laws and Company Law.
Rhea Verma has also worked closely in extending legal consultation and advisory work to NDMC, Government ministries, GAIL, ONGC, NTPC, Powergrid, Airport Authority of India, PNGRB and other PSU's.
