Rhett Doolittle is the CEO and Founder of Bluume LLC. Bluume was created to help business owners succeed. Bluume develops and implements solutions that will help businesses increase revenue, attract new customers, and give business owners more free time to do what they love. (www.bluume.com)Prior to launching Bluume, Rhett was the President and CoFounder of MobiSquad, a payment processing and small business marketing agency. He was responsible for mobile wallet acceptance of over 1,000 small businesses in just 6 months as a part of a trial with Softcard, a joint venture between AT&T;, T-Mobile and Verizon. Rhett’s team set up the first small business in the U.S. to accept an NFC mobile wallet transaction, processed the most NFC mobile wallet transactions for small businesses in the U.S., and out sold the competition by 400%. After seeing the success of a mobile payments solution, Rhett led the development of a software platform that integrated POS technology, consumer data and social media marketing to drive new customer growth for businesses. Rhett held a position for 2 years on the National Mobile Payments Committee for the Electronic Transaction Association and the subcommittee for consumer adoption of mobile payments.Rhett’s first company, Entrust Bankcard, experienced three-year revenue growth rate of 8,416% and was named #18 on Inc. magazine’s list of fastest growing companies in the U.S. Entrust Bankcard acquired over 8,000 merchants in 5 years. Rhett got his start at AT&T;, a Fortune 50 company, where he excelled in the B2B enterprise sales division. He became an expert in voice, data, hosting and networking solutions, while holding a leadership position on the AT&T; Arizona branch council. He was promoted several times over his 6 years at AT&T; until settling in as a Client Business Manager consulting Fortune 1000 companies.In Rhett’s free time he volunteers as a football coach and enjoys being a mentor to young entrepreneurs or kids whenever possible. He is a graduate of the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, Rhett holds an Executive M.B.A.
