Rhett launched Notus in 1998 with a small team of renowned Business, Career and Organizational coaches to provide personalized, professional training to clients throughout the world.

Over the years Notus has created proprietary job search and marketing processes that dramatically improve the number, and quality of opportunities for its clients. They have pioneered the creation and development of technology that directly markets clients to opportunities, and enables clients to more effectively create and project their unique personal brand.

As CEO, Rhett focuses on Notus' business strategy, future direction, product and service development and forging strategic partnerships. On a day-to-day basis, Rhett works closely with the entire Notus Human Capital team in a variety of capacities - as well as managing a small number of personal clients.

Rhett comes from a strong communication background, and will always be a coach at heart. Rhett earned his degree in Organizational Communication, from the University of Utah, with a Minor in Spanish.
