Our style of training and development of employees is a unique combination of techniques that ensures all team members are succeeding. First and foremost, the classroom style. Now this isn’t your sit down with a notebook and listen to a lecture type of classroom, but it is a learning environment where a RHiiNO Corp manager or senior trainer will educate others on any given subject.

Role playing is also a big part of the training that employees receive. Whether it’s being able to fully explain our client’s products and services, answer customer questions, or have a difficult leadership conversation with someone, this has proven to be the best way to gain experience and confidence prior to engaging in that situation.

All of account managers also receive extensive field training. This is where they will work side by side with a senior trainer meeting with customers. The hands on approach puts the practice to the test, with the safety net of a trainer if needed.

Other aspects of the leadership development and management training at RHiiNO Corp are not limited to our office environment. Some of our clients even provide corporate training at their headquarters to go over new promotions, products and service. There are also numerous opportunities for employees to travel and attend leadership conferences and seminars throughout the year. And although they are not mandatory, they are extremely beneficial as well as fun! Conference calls with high performing industry professionals from around the country can be arranged to give a new perspective too.
