Rhoda Omowumi Ayanfe (Oghosa)

Ayanfe Rhoda Omowumi (Oghosa) is an educator, Special Needs advocate, teen mentor, parenting coach, and content creator. She currently serves as the pioneer Head of the Department of Special Needs Education at Edo State College of Education, Afuze Campus. With academic backgrounds in Special Education, Mathematics, and Business Education, she is dedicated to advancing inclusive education, teacher training, and support for learners with disabilities.

She is the founder of Rhoanna EduConsult, an inclusive education consultancy, and the visionary behind Her Majesty Schools, a model inclusive school. Ayanfe is also the host of a teen mentorship and parenting platform, where she speaks on adolescent development, parenting skills, and youth empowerment.

As a content creator, she promotes awareness of inclusive education, teenage mental health, and parenting through her digital platforms. She is a published researcher, currently completing her Ph.D. in Special Education (Learning Disabilities) at the University of Ibadan.
