Rhonda Carr, Vice President of Sales and Education for Advanced Mineral Makeup, has been the spokeswoman for numerous recognizable cosmetic companies throughout her career. As the National Spokesperson for Merle Norman Cosmetics, a Los Angeles, California-based franchise, Rhonda Carr also moonlighted as a Regional Sales Manager, Regional Training Director, and National Training Manager.
In her role as Regional Training Director for Lancaster Group USA, Rhonda Carr organized and spoke in fashion shows, special events, and in-store promotions. After earning the honor of Trainer of the Year in 1995, Rhonda Carr was selected to attend a worldwide marketing event in Austria.
For Iredale Mineral Cosmetics, Ltd., Rhonda Carr performed various tasks as the Director of Education and Regional Sales Manager. In a critical role to the organization, Rhonda Carr would step in for founder Jane Iredale to perform trade show speeches and platform trainings whenever necessary. Rhonda Carr was also asked to step in and train the owner of Rosewood Hotels and Resorts L.L.C. during a speaking engagement in Cabo San Lucas.
While working as a Consultant to Dr. Loretta Ciraldo, founder of Cosmedical Technologies, Inc., Rhonda Carr organized Dr. Loretta's book and then wrote and developed her book as a skin care boot camp. She also assisted her in booking and following up with seminars and special event opportunities. When Dr. Ciraldo was chosen to by Oprah Winfrey to speak in front of 10,000 people at the O You seminar, Rhonda Carr organized all of the promotional tools for Cosmedical Technologies, Inc.
Recognized for her talents in the industry, Rhonda Carr has also been invited individually as a Guest Speaker for the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. Rhonda Carr has developed a National Heritage and Training PowerPoint for RevitaLash inventor and renowned ophthalmologist Dr. Michael Brinkenhoff as well.
